1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Revolut for your convenience.

2. How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free. Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days in Malta.

3. Do the products come in gift packaging?
Yes. Every order comes with Veloura Luxe luxury packaging, which may vary depending on the collection. In general, this includes a gift bag, signature box, branded pouch, chocolates, and a scented card.

4. What materials are the jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel plated with 18K gold, or sterling silver (925) plated with 18K gold, depending on the collection.

5. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
⚠ Please note: earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6. What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
In this rare case, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Do you offer discounts if I buy multiple products?
