• Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
• Veloura Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
• Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Jewelry should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.
