At Veloura Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Returns
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
